LeAnne: First of all, let me warn you in advance about the amount of salt. I find that if this sits for a while, it needs more, but if you serve immediately after tossing it needs less. Definitely taste as you add. The amount of dressing here is for one head of cabbage, plus some assorted other vegetables. I used a cucumnber, four or five roma tomatoes, four or five radishes, four or five scallions, and a red bell pepper.
